Jakarta, March 6, 2025 – Praise and gratitude we offer to the presence of Allah SWT for the abundance of His grace and blessings so that all series of Ramadan 1446 Hijriah activities within the Agung Concern Group can run smoothly, orderly, and meaningfully throughout the entire month. The enthusiasm and enthusiasm of employees from various business lines under the auspices of the Agung Concern Group are the main foundation for the success of this event, entitled “Energizing Ramadan: Healthy Fasting, Strong Faith.”
Ramadan is a holy month full of blessings and a great opportunity to strengthen faith, increase social awareness, and strengthen bonds of friendship. We use this special moment to not only increase personal worship but also strengthen the values of togetherness and spirituality in the workplace.
Ramadan Agenda Series
This year’s Ramadan activities at Agung Concern Group were designed with a comprehensive, structured concept, addressing various spiritual, social, and community aspects. The following is a list of activities implemented:
1. Tadarus Quran (Every Day)
The Quran recitation activity kicks off our daily schedule during Ramadan. Every employee from various units and business lines participates in turns reciting verses from the holy Quran. The solemn atmosphere and spirit of recitation are palpable, making mornings in the work environment more peaceful and blessed. Through this recitation, we hope to foster a love for the Quran and strengthen spiritual bonds amidst the busyness of work.
2. KiBAR (Islamic Study of the Month of Ramadan) – Every Tuesday
The next agenda is KiBAR, or Islamic Studies for the Month of Ramadan, held every Tuesday. In this session, we feature competent and inspiring ustadz and speakers, including Ustadz Hidayat Arifin, Ustadz Munawir, and Ustadz Bahtiar Bagus. They present material relevant to everyday life, discussing Islamic themes, work motivation, and the importance of maintaining integrity in both worship and work.
Each KiBAR session included an interactive question-and-answer session, which was highly sought after by participants. Employees not only listened to the material but also actively asked questions and engaged in discussions. This created a lively, heartfelt study atmosphere and strengthened a comprehensive understanding of Islam.
3. Jama’i Iftar – Every Thursday
Breaking the fast together is one of the most anticipated events for all employees. Every Thursday, we hold Iftar Jama’i, or breaking the fast together, attended by the entire Agung Concern Group family. A warm, friendly, and familial atmosphere is palpable during this time of togetherness.
In addition to enjoying the iftar meal lovingly prepared by the committee, this event also serves as a forum for strengthening bonds among employees, leaders, and management across business units. It is in this atmosphere that the values of togetherness, solidarity, and caring grow and strengthen.
4. Girls Talk – Every Friday
We also offer a special program for our female employees, Girls Talk, every Friday. This event features female speakers like Dr. Yulia Mullayy and Ustadzah Ummi Sulhi, who discuss topics ranging from the role of women in Islam, women’s health, to the spiritual challenges of women in the modern era.
Girls Talk not only serves as a space for education and reflection, but also provides inspiration and renewed enthusiasm for Muslim women within the Agung Concern Group. This activity also strengthens women’s role in supporting a healthy, harmonious, and religious work culture.
5. Donations to Foundations and Orphanages (Weekly)
As a concrete manifestation of our social responsibility, we organize weekly charity drives to various foundations and orphanages during Ramadan. Employees from all units take turns participating in these activities, including fundraising, preparation, and distribution.
This activity served as a reminder that Ramadan is a time to share and ease the burdens of our brothers and sisters in need. The emotion, gratitude, and joy radiated from the faces of the recipients, and this motivated us to continue spreading kindness without ceasing.

6. Sharing Takjil:
In addition to providing assistance, Agung Concern Group employees also participated in a campaign to distribute takjil (snacks) to the community around the office. Hundreds of takjil packages were distributed every afternoon before breaking the fast, as a form of social responsibility and to spread blessings during the holy month.
Quiz and Shopping Voucher Prizes
To add to the excitement and enthusiasm of employees participating in all the activities, the Ramadan committee also held a quiz session with prizes. Each week, employees had the opportunity to participate in an interactive quiz featuring questions about study material, Islam, and general knowledge.
The prizes were attractive shopping vouchers that could be used at a variety of selected merchants. Employee enthusiasm for the quiz was high, and it even became a hot topic of conversation in various units. The spirit of learning and togetherness was further fostered through this fun and appreciative approach.
Thank You and Hope
The entire series of Ramadan 1446 H activities would not have been possible without the full support of the entire management, organizing committee, and of course, the active participation of all Agung Concern Group employees. With deep gratitude, we extend our thanks to all those who have contributed.
May the spirit of Ramadan continue to be present in every step we take, making us better, more productive, more caring, and more people of integrity, not only in this holy month but also in our daily lives at work.
Let’s continue to enliven spiritual and social values in the workplace, because the blessings of Ramadan are not only achieved through worship, but also from our togetherness and sincerity in sharing and inspiring others.
Wassalamu’alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.
