TABANAN May 26, 2025 – Agung Concern, as one of the leading transportation provider groups in Indonesia, through its subsidiary Agung Toyota, continues to initiate various corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs, one of which is at SMAN 1 Tabanan.
Agung Concern has inaugurated an eco-friendly multipurpose hall at SMAN 1 Tabanan, Bali, as part of its support for education and environmental conservation. The hall was built using innovative materials made from recycled plastic, in collaboration with partners providing sustainable construction technology.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by Agung Concern’s management, namely Agung Concern Commissioner, Nani Koespriani; Deputy Regional Manager of Agung Toyota East Area, Andrei Gramico Hamonangan; and Head of Agung Toyota Tabanan Branch, I Nyoman Panca Utama.
In his remarks, Andrei Gramico stated that the construction of the eco-friendly multipurpose hall at SMAN 1 Tabanan demonstrates Agung Concern’s commitment to a sustainable corporate social responsibility (CSR) program. This program aligns with the company’s values, which focus on four main pillars: health, social, education, and the environment. The inauguration of this multipurpose hall is part of an initiative that combines support for the education sector and environmental conservation.
“We believe that education and environmental conservation can go hand in hand. The use of recycled plastic materials in the construction of this space demonstrates our commitment to supporting sustainability while providing facilities that support student learning and development at the school,” said Andrei.
This space is designed with an open concept and utilizes natural lighting, to create a comfortable, healthy, and inspiring learning atmosphere.
“We deeply appreciate and thank Agung Concern for their extraordinary support of our school. This assistance is invaluable in supporting the development of our students’ potential. This space will also serve as an educational resource to raise students’ awareness of the importance of environmental sustainability. We are committed to maintaining this facility and hope this collaboration will continue in the future,” said Made Wardita.
Meanwhile, the representative of the Tabanan Regency Bappeda, I Wayan Sumantra, expressed his appreciation for Agung Concern’s commitment and emphasized the importance of collaboration between the business world, government, and the education sector in driving mutual progress.
“On behalf of the Regional Government, we express our deepest gratitude for the commitment and social care demonstrated by Agung Concern through this CSR program. This assistance is not merely a physical contribution, but also reflects the strong synergy between the business world, government, and educational institutions in supporting educational advancement,” explained Wayan Sumantra, representing the Head of the Tabanan Regency Bappeda.
