To commemorate Earth Day 2026, Agung Concern Group held an event themed “Comfortable Work, Safe Earth” which combined the socialization of the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and the 5 point culture (Tidy, Neat, Clean, Diligent, and Maintain) in the workplace. The event took place on Tuesday, April 22, 2026, in the 5th-floor hall of Agung Concern’s Head Office, Cut Meutia 14, Jakarta, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM Western Indonesian Time.
The event was attended by all Agung Concern Group Head Office employees with great enthusiasm and a spirit of togetherness. This Earth Day celebration was not only a commemoration but also a concrete demonstration of the company’s commitment to creating a safe, healthy, comfortable, and sustainable work environment.
From the beginning of the event, the atmosphere in the 5th-floor hall was lively and filled with positive energy. The event opened with an interactive MC who built the enthusiasm of all participants, creating a warm and festive atmosphere.

The event then continued with remarks from Ms. Livia, Vice Chief Administrative Officer of Agung Concern Group. In her remarks, she emphasized the importance of building a work culture that prioritizes safety and environmental awareness. She stated that a healthy and comfortable work environment significantly impacts productivity, work quality, and employee relationships within the company.
Next, remarks were delivered by Ms. Galuh Kusumatutie, the person in charge of the Earth Day Commemoration with K3 & 5R activities. She explained that this activity is the first step in building collective awareness that big changes can start with small habits in the daily work environment. These include maintaining a clean work desk, using energy wisely, and building a culture of discipline and shared responsibility.
The main topic was then delivered by Ms. Sri Kasinuma Tobe, Manager of General Affairs (GA), who provided information on the importance of implementing K3 and 5R within Agung Concern Group. The session explained that K3 implementation is not just a company regulation, but rather a way to protect all employees, ensuring they can work safely, healthily, and comfortably.

Meanwhile, the implementation of the 5R culture is considered crucial for creating a more organized, efficient, and productive work environment. With a work culture that is concise, neat, clean, diligent, and well-maintained, companies can build a more professional environment while enhancing a sense of ownership among all employees in their work areas.
More than just a one-way socialization, this activity also featured an active discussion and question-and-answer session. All employees were given the opportunity to provide input, ideas, and evaluations regarding the current work environment and areas that still need improvement in the future. This session provided a positive, open space for building two-way communication to create a better and more sustainable work environment at Agung Concern Group.
As a concrete commitment, each division then signed a certificate of commitment to K3 & 5R. This signing symbolized the readiness of all divisions to jointly implement a more disciplined, environmentally conscious work culture that prioritizes safety and comfort within the company environment.
Adding to the excitement of the event, Agung Concern Group also presented the “Agung Recycle Challenge,” a creative challenge for all employees, both individually and by division, to create innovative and useful recycled products. This program aims to raise awareness of the importance of waste management and creativity in repurposing used materials into something useful.
The best entries will be announced as winners and receive special recognition in the form of awards and rotating trophies from Agung Concern Group. This program is expected to be a small step that will have a significant impact on the company’s sustainability culture.
The 2026 Earth Day commemoration was a lively event and received a positive response from all attendees. The enthusiasm, active participation, and collaborative spirit of all employees demonstrate Agung Concern Group’s continued commitment to building a healthy, safe, innovative, and environmentally conscious company culture.
Through this activity, Agung Concern Group hopes that all company employees will continue to implement the K3 and 5R culture not only in the workplace but also in their daily lives. A good work environment is not created by one individual alone, but rather by shared care and responsibility.
Let’s Work Together to Build a Safer, More Comfortable, and More Sustainable Work Environment
Agung Concern Group believes that big changes start with small, collective steps. With a spirit of collaboration, caring, and innovation, let’s be part of a better work culture for a more sustainable future.
