Job Description
  1. Responsible for all Operational and Maintenance Dump Truck activities on site to ensure the Ready For Use unit is maintained
  2. Control the management of spare part flow and other inventory on site in accordance with applicable SOPs
  3. Ensure that all Operational and Maintenance HR on site achieve optimum productivity levels
  4. Control and monitor daily reports of Operational and Maintenance activities
  5. Analyze all Operational and Maintenance team needs on site for budget preparation and control of its use.
Qualification
  • Bachelor degre in any field with GPA 3.00
  • Experience as Maintenance Supervisor or Operational Hauling Leader for at least 3 years
  • Have high integrity, Self starter, Objective Oriented, Detail Oriented, Innovative
  • Ready to work with 8:2 roster system
