Job Description
  1. Evaluating, developing and implementing Company Development System.
  2. Monitoring all employee performance (quarter and yearly KPI) in Headquarters, Subsidiaries and Branches.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or relevant major with GPA Min 3,00
  • Have a driver license (SIM A) and able to drive
  • Minimum 1 year experience holding Employee Performance.
  • Good knowledge in Balance Score Card.
  • Good knowledge on people development, Strategic HR rules and KPI.
  • Have experience in handling KPI (from drafting until reporting).
  • Good interpersonal skills, maintain strong attention to detail, creative and good presentation skill.
