7. Vehicle supervision and management
8. Ensure and approve financial and administrative documents
9. Control operational budget
10. Monitoring excellent service
11. Control AR and branch/representative expenditure
12. Carry out employee development in representative offices.
13. Provide and carry out coaching and counseling to employees.
14. Provide HR sanctions to employees who violate company regulations.
15. Implement a quality, K3 and environmental management system and participate in identifying internal and external issues as well as Quality, K3 and Environmental risk management
